Here's today's plan:
Breakfast: 2 slices no yeast bread w/ 2 T almond butter Lunch: salad & 1/4 c pecans, 1/4 c. almonds Dinner: Not sure yet ***Roast beef w/ celery, carrots & onions Snacks: 1/4 c nuts & popcorn w/ 1 1/2 T butter Exercise: I am not sure if I will get a walk in. ***I walked for 1/2 an hour. |
