| No reason to worry! |
|
| |
Have you had one of those days when you take a hard look at your life and find that there has been no reason to worry, and every reason to be Snoopy Dancing? I'm having one of those days. I'm sitting here with a grin on my face thinking how foolish I am to worry about things that I have no control over. I am what you would call a "secret worrier". I call myself this because I don't want anyone to worry about me worrying. Isn't that the craziest thing you've every heard of? I know in my heart that I have no reason to worry. I tell God about my burdens, as if He didn't already know... Plus, I have proof! Time and time again, God has taken care me and my family. God has performed miracles for us! Sydney, my youngest daughter, was three weeks old when she had a Diaphragmatic Hernia. I was sitting in Brownie Meeting when it happened. Sydney just looked "strange" to me. I got her to her doctor ASAP, then to the Hospital. She was care-flighted to Children's Medical Center in Dallas, where they called in their top surgeons to perform a long surgery in the wee hours of the morning. Sydney's chances of making it through this surgery were under 3%. Her chances of making it through the surgery with no repercussions, were 1%. Dr. Roden came out of surgery, kneeled before me, and told me that my child was a miracle baby. She survived the surgery and was perfect.
God has saved my life from two asthma attacks. God saved Abbie's life when she was in a large van and didn't have a seat-belt on. Yes... she was a teenager. The driver had to brake quickly, and Abbie flew from the very back of the van all of the way into the windshield. Her wrist hit the dashboard and her head hit straight into the windshield. The hospital personnel told us that it was a miracle that she wasn't killed or disabled. Our God, our loving, merciful, tender God performs miracles every single day. With Him doing these incredible acts, why should I worry? Who am I to worry when He has everything under control! |

|
| Isn''t great to know you are kept by our gracious and loving God? He gives His angels charge over us. It is good to give thank unto the Lord and to sing praise to Him the MOST HIGH and to declare is lovingkindness in the morning and by night. Rejoice in the Lord always, again I say rejoice! He is Jehova Nissi the LORD our Banner. He protects us always. You have a lot to be thankful for and every reason to dance! This post is a blessing! No need to worry, God is in control! |

| Miracles are an every day occurrence, but boy, when one happens right in front of your eyes, it is so awesome. My great niece, as you have read in my blogs, nearly died at birth, and she is doing so well now it is truly a miracle! God has it in control...He is still on the throne. |

He's been blessing me for the last two days. Since I wrote my blog, I've made new friends and it seems like everybody is praising God.
That is exactly what He is wanting us to do! |
|

It is such a joy to recount the faithfulness of our God! I'll dance with you all !!! |

Joey, I have heard some teachings that were tought provoking to me about this topic. 1. It is the pride of man to think he can change a thing by worry-ing. 2. It is the control of man to think he can change a thing by worry-ing. I think we may think we are doing the right thing by being "concerned". I said, "concerned b/c this is how I justify the worry word, lol! I surrender all...I trust in all....and it is not by might nor power, but by his spirit. I am guilty too. These are the right words to say, but the truth is, we all battle with this. Especially women! I was arguing w/God over him releasing moving details yesterday! The word says, "ask and you will receive"! Well, I am still waiting to receive! LOL! |
