66:23 And it will be, that from new moon to new moon, and from Sabbath to Sabbath, all flesh will come to give worship before me, says the Lord. 66:24 And they will go out to see the dead bodies of the men who have done evil against me: for their worm will ever be living, and their fire will never be put out, and they will be a thing of fear to all flesh.
6:7 Be not tricked; God is not made sport of: for whatever seed a man puts in, that will he get back as grain. 6:8 Because he who puts in the seed of the flesh will of the flesh get the reward of death; but he who puts in the seed of the Spirit will of the Spirit get the reward of eternal life. 6:9 And let us not get tired of well-doing; for at the right time we will get in the grain, if we do not give way to weariness. 6:10 So then, as we have the chance, let us do good to all men, and specially to those who are of the family of the faith.
WHAT PAUL DID BEFORE BECOMING A CHRISTIAN.
1:12 I give praise to him who gave me power, Christ Jesus our Lord, because he took me to be true, making me his servant, 1:13 Though I had said violent words against God, and done cruel acts, causing great trouble: but I was given mercy, because I did it without knowledge, not having faith;
WHAT WAS DONE TO HIM AFTER HE BECAME A CHRISTIAN
11:23 Are they servants of Christ? (I am talking foolishly) I am more so; I have had more experience of hard work, of prisons, of blows more than measure, of death. 11:24 Five times the Jews gave me forty blows but one. 11:25 Three times I was whipped with rods, once I was stoned, three times the ship I was in came to destruction at sea, a night and a day I have been in the water; 11:26 In frequent travels, in dangers on rivers, in dangers from outlaws, in dangers from my countrymen, in dangers from the Gentiles, in dangers in the town, in dangers in the waste land, in dangers at sea, in dangers among false brothers; 11:27In hard work and weariness, in frequent watchings, going without food and drink, cold and in need of clothing. 11:28 In addition to all the other things, there is that which comes on me every day, the care of all the churches. 11:29 Who is feeble and I am not feeble? who is in danger of falling, and I am not angry? 11:30 If I have to take credit to myself, I will do so in the things in which I am feeble. 11:31 The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to whom be praise for ever, is witness that the things which I say are true. 11:32In Damascus, the ruler under Aretas the king kept watch over the town of the people of Damascus, in order to take me: 11:33 And being let down in a basket from the wall through a window, I got free from his hands.
1:14 And the grace of our Lord was very great, with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus. 1:15 It is a true saying, in which all may put their faith, that Christ Jesus came into the world to give salvation to sinners, of whom I am the chief:
4:5 For this reason let there be no judging before the time, till the Lord comes, who will make clear the secret things of the dark, and the designs of the heart; and then will every man have his praise from God.
5:16 For this reason, from this time forward we have knowledge of no man after the flesh: even if we have had knowledge of Christ after the flesh, we have no longer any such knowledge. 5:17 So if any man is in Christ, he is in a new world: the old things have come to an end; they have truly become new.
13:3 Seeing that you are looking for a sign of Christ giving out his word in me; who is not feeble in relation to you, but is strong in you: 13:4 For he was feeble in that he was put to death on the cross, but he is living by the power of God. And we are feeble in him, but we will be living with him through the power of God in relation to you. 13:5 Make a test of yourselves, if you are in the faith; make certain of yourselves. Or are you not conscious in yourselves that Jesus Christ is in you, if you are truly Christ's? 13:6 But it is my hope that you will have no doubt that we are truly Christ's. 13:7 Now our prayer to God is that you may do no evil; not in order that it may be put to our credit, but so that you may do what is right, whatever we may seem. 13:8 Because we are able to do nothing against what is true, but only for it. 13:9 For we are glad when we are feeble and you are strong: and this is our prayer, even that you may be made complete.
43:1 But now, says the Lord your Maker, O Jacob, and your life-giver, O Israel: have no fear, for I have taken up your cause; naming you by your name, I have made you mine. 43:2 When you go through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not go over you: when you go through the fire, you will not be burned; and the flame will have no power over you. 43:3For I am the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, your saviour; I have given Egypt as a price for you, Ethiopia and Seba for you. 43:4 Because of your value in my eyes, you have been honoured, and loved by me; so I will give men for you, and peoples for your life.
10:23 O Lord, I am conscious that a man's way is not in himself: man has no power of guiding his steps.
18:5 Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying, 18:6 O Israel, am I not able to do with you as this potter does? says the Lord. See, like earth in the potter's hand are you in my hands, O Israel. 18:7 Whenever I say anything about uprooting a nation or a kingdom, and smashing it and sending destruction on it; 18:8 If, in that very minute, that nation of which I was talking is turned away from its evil, my purpose of doing evil to them will be changed. 18:9 And whenever I say anything about building up a nation or a kingdom, and planting it; 18:10 If, in that very minute, it does evil in my eyes, going against my orders, then my good purpose, which I said I would do for them, will be changed.
29:11 For I am conscious of my thoughts about you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you hope at the end. 29:12 And you will go on crying to me and making prayer to me, and I will give ear to you. 29:13 And you will be searching for me and I will be there, when you have gone after me with all your heart.

| BrokenBread. I think I can see where you're coming from. But what I fail to see is what you think in all of what's written here. My interpretation of what's written in the bible is when it leaps out from the pages and into people's lives in a way that they can express it. Bible-quoting is one thing, how people express it is another. Could you give your meaning behind the meaning in a way that what's written above has impacted you personally? Without wanting to sound offensive (because that's not my intention) that's known as writing a blog of how its impacted you in what has been written, so that you can impact others by what has been written. Failing that, it could be classed as just a bunch of religious talk with no meaning behind it. Bring them both together of how you relate to what has been written above and how its affected your life, the way you live and the way you connect with others. The apostle Paul knew what he was line beforehand, and he knew what he was like afterwards, and their was a truckload of things he expressed and said between the two. |

LOL Stevie! and yeah BB lets hear your thoughts. This is what Scott has gone over with every cycle of inmates. The understanding of their choices. |
|
|
My thoughts are God forgives but the world, the flesh, and satan does not. They are always ready to fine faults and accuse
15:17 So this is my law for you: Have love one for another. 15:18 If you are hated by the world, keep in mind that I was hated by the world before you. 15:19 If you were of the world, you would be loved by the world: but because you are not of the world, but I have taken you out of the world, you are hated by the world. 15:20 Keep in mind the words I said to you, A servant is not greater than his lord. If they were cruel to me, they will be cruel to you; if they kept my words, they will keep yours. 15:21 They will do all this to you because of my name--because they have no knowledge of him who sent me.
Not only does God forgives He gives us power to over come persecution

|
|
Another thought Scott has a huge opportunity to do as Apostle Paul did
1:13 So that it became clear through all the Praetorium, and to all the rest, that I was a prisoner on account of Christ; 1:14 And most of the brothers in the Lord, taking heart because of my chains, are all the stronger to give the word of God without fear.
God will bless you both
lol see what you started look out now lol

8:18 I am of the opinion that there is no comparison between the pain of this present time and the glory which we will see in the future. 8:19 For the strong desire of every living thing is waiting for the revelation of the sons of God. 8:20 For every living thing was put under the power of change, not by its desire, but by him who made it so, in hope 8:21 That all living things will be made free from the power of death and will have a part with the free children of God in glory. 8:22 For we are conscious that all living things are weeping and sorrowing in pain together till now. 8:23 And not only so, but we who have the first fruits of the Spirit, even we have sorrow in our minds, waiting for the time when we will take our place as sons, that is, the salvation of our bodies. 8:24 For our salvation is by hope: but hope which is seen is not hope: for who is hoping for what he sees? 8:25 But if we have hope for that which we see not, then we will be able to go on waiting for it. 8:26 And in the same way the Spirit is a help to our feeble hearts: for we are not able to make prayer to God in the right way; but the Spirit puts our desires into words which are not in our power to say; 8:27 And he who is the searcher of hearts has knowledge of the mind of the Spirit, because he is making prayers for the saints in agreement with the mind of God. 8:28 And we are conscious that all things are working together for good to those who have love for God, and have been marked out by his purpose.

LOL... well, keep going!!
No, it does not matter how small or great there is an effect. Some physical some spiritual. The longer the effect is there without repentance the more damage it can do to us! Praise God when we confess He is faithful to toss to the sea of forgetfulness!!
That's ma Man! *sigh* |

Thanks for sharing this, BB! And I especially like StevieBee's advice and thoughts on blogging. I wish that he'd been around to give me some advice when I was just starting out. God bless!

Thank you all for your comment and StevieBee's advice I don't know what the rules of blogging are all I do is try to follow the Holy Spirit's lead
It's not for praise or honor or stars my hope is to do the will of God even if it is to help just one person
And I try to leave as much of me out of it as I can
But I know people like to know more about who is putting up the blogs
I don't believe there is anything more powerful than His words
They can do so much more than anything I can do on my own except let people know who I am " I'm God's" bought and paid for .
I have an 8th grade education can't spell ... more Glory for God
It's by His grace alone that I can do anything I have lots more handi caps
in my weakness He is strong
thanks again all glory and praise to our Lord Jesus you guys are awesome
God is working on His Church here on My Church God bless

The importance of sharing the gospel
Paul was a sinner addings consequences to the world
Than paul was a Christian still suffering the consequences of sin but helping to increase the Kingdom of Christ .
We all suffer the consequences but when we share the Gospel the world changes 17:6 And when they found them not, they drew Jason and certain brethren unto the rulers of the city, crying, These that have turned the world upside down are come hither also;

Bad things happens to good people
Why?
9:1 And as [Jesus] passed by, he saw a man which was blind from [his] birth. 9:2 And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind? 9:3 Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him. 9:4 I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work. 9:5 As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.
Why bad things happen to good people ? To give us hope so all can see that the power of God can carry us through the worst situations. |
