I would love to have this kind of faith.
I see my life much like Sarah.I am myself barren.I'm not getting any younger.I know that I'm not married at this point and that's kinda important for having children.I was married when I believed God for a miracle to concieve children.I had a promise from God that I would have my own children.I read scripture that says that "By His wounds were R HEALED".I know that I'm not married and God will bless me once I'm married.I also read Isaiah 54 that tells me that I'm more blessed then the married wife.That I will have more (Spiritual)children then that of the married wife.
But I think that a womans desire is to have a family.It broke my heart to know that I was unable to bare my own children.I have struggled with not feelings like a whole woman.So I can really understand wyhat Sarah & Hannah must have felt like as well.No wonder why we cry out to the Lord for healing .All I can say is that my hope is that someday God will send me the man He has for me and that I will have the children of promise.I do get discouraged often as things seem to be standing still.But if God can heal Sarah &Hannah at their ages then God can give me my children at my age.
I hope that this encourages anyone out there who needs a healing to have a family.

11:11 By faith Sarah herself received power to conceive, even when she was past the age, since she considered him faithful who had promised.

Sweet Maddie --- Trust God to bring you along in this journey--

Scripture tells us Matt.6:33 - Seek you first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added -- let's seek Him today and see what He has for us -- what He is going to add---

This is between you and God -- If you have a promise - and you are sure it is from Him -- then stand on it - that is all anyone can say --

You are loved and wanted -- don't ever forget that - and remember - 1 day at a time --

Maddie - you reminded me of my sister Patsy, my only sister, who has gone to live in her heavenly home now. She, like you, could not have children. I cried with her for years, through all the dr visits and questioning why that had to happen to her. Well, low and behold, her husband was transfered to Spain (Air Force). My sister went with him and they were there for 3 years. She would write letters to me telling me about mothers who were throwing their children in wells, as they did not want them, I could see the tear stains on her letters. Anyway, she had a maid, who got in trouble and did not want the baby. She agreed to let my sister and her husband adopt her son.

When they arrived back in the states we were all at the airport to meet Scotty, and what a blessing he was to all of us. She could not have loved him more if he had come from her body. I am proud to say that he is grown with a beautiful wife, a son and a daughter and full of love for The Lord. He misses his Mom and loved her very much.

Maddie things happen when you least expect it. God is so Good Allllll the time. He may take longer than we think is necessary, but He knows what He is doing and what is Best for us.

What can be said other than God knows what is best for us. Always hold out hope Maddie for God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above and beyond anything we could ever ask or think.
