Dear Hubby here - nice post, totally accurate.

It is amazing how we can ignore a temptation / problem when it's small and easy.  Then without notice, BAM - big temptation / problem - serious effort to eliminate the situation.

Then before you know it, the ants are marching across your living room and invading you're whole house.  Or in this metaphore taking over you whole life.  I picture those ant Hills that are taller than people that you see on the National Geographic channel.  Ants are looking for a place to get fed, how often do our problems find us weak and able to feed off of our 'ignoring' them hoping they will go away by themselves?

Good news.  DH pulled out his super strength spray and doused the place just before we left for vacation.  Upon our return, no more ants.  So at least for now the battle appears to be in hand.  If I can just learn from this and be more vigilant.
