An  outlet  mall  is like  a strip mall,and supposedly dirt cheap,designer brands.

My husband told our daughters that chocolate milk came from brown cows,white milk came from white cows and both chocolate and white came from the spotted brown and white cows.Her dad had to sit her down and tell her he was teasing the night before her 1st grade field trip to teh dairy.She still laughs about that til this day,and she's 20.
