Latin does have a future tense. In fact it has two sets of endings to show future tense. These endings depend on the way the verb is conjugated.

I am familiar with Pastor Melissa Scott as well as her now deceased husband. She certainly seems to know her langueages which is so very important.
One would do themselves well to study as she did. If only in part as not many can pick up and understand how these langueages work. Few bother.

My personal opinion is that we need to focus more on the Writer than on trying to figure out what He meant. The bible says that Jesus is the Author and finisher of our faith. Jesus himself said that the spirit would lead us into all truth. I know the Spirit intimately so that when I open the scriptures He reveals the Word in such a way that no amount of schooling could ever do. Sure we can spend a lot of time trying to learn old languages. I'd rather make better use of my time  knowing the Author. Shalom
