Why do you think I posted about the article in the Picayune Times? It's called get the people there, pay them a little and keep the rest. This is why you should have gotten a change of venue, whether the lawyer thought so or not and that also makes me curious how much that lawyer got. Any decent, upright lawyer would have know he didn't stand a chance there....and would have asked for a change of venue. My friend doesn't know law, but knows how corrupt that parish is.
Isn't that stuff, once entered into court, public record? Or did they not enter it? |

Father, we come to you and ask for Scott's immediate release unless you need him there for more missions work. Open the doors just like you have done for so many in Jesus name. The records in the store were taken by the landlord.
The business lawyer has copies of customer totals but not sales slips.
I haven't been able to keep up the payments on our POS system so I can't access it.
AND they won't release the customer charges and the values of each. |

LOL) Send in a rabid Warrior Lawyer (whether Christian or not) to sort it out. This is not a Christian brother who is taking you to court. See 1 Corinthians 6:1-11 - just the fact that Paul did not want one Christian to rake another publically, means I think that in the inverse, public courts are to be used in disputes of the law! Do not allow a DA to railroad an incredibly horrendous settlement to corrode the actual facts. You need a pit bull.... (Spence's team of lawyers could be that!) Do it! Now! |

Precious sister... I stand in agreement with Hal, the others and of course Cheryl's prayer.
As stated above... yes, you need a PIT BULL, they are out there. God is allowing you to go to all the trouble to gather all this information, which will help others in the future. HOWEVER... what you are doing is the job that belongs to a PIT BULL. (If you are the pit bull then glory to God, but if you are not let's get 'him or her' in there fighting for you like Hal said, NOW.) This is God's battle and of course Scott WILL get the victory... and God will use a chosen PIT BULL on the earth to win for you.
God is a God of order... and I continue to remain in agreement with Cheryl's prayer above.

| Bubs, Pit Bulls have a history of being fighting dogs, and usually ones that are trained to attack only other dogs.....so if you had some rabid puppies in your dream, then it only makes sense to send in the Pit!! God is moving!! Love ya! |

| I agree with Cheryl in prayer. Pitbull, or bulldog--someone with the tenacity to not let go, give up or give in. I believe God is sending that person your way. |

Ruth, I have to say that I did not know anything about the pit bull or dream when I posted the prayer earlier, but deep in my heart a desire to share that information was there, but God said no not yet. Now, He had me check on this blog, and reminded me of my attorney situation and what was needed for the real world. My first attorney I had to let go of and God blessed me with a second attorney who is referenced as a pit bill. This attorney God provided and paid for....within the night I had the 2500.00 retainer fee for this pit bull, and I did not ask for it, someone came to me and said God told them to give this to me for my attorney!!!!!!!! They did not even know!!!! Please spend some time with God, a pit bull attorney is needed. My attorney is a Godly man, and when he walks into the court room, the court room gasps....that is what is needed for the real world and the worldly people out there...God uses all things. I have been praying for you and Scott since I first read of your plight. A pit bull would definitely be of help but it seems to be a little dark down in the court there - mybe shedding some 'light' on the situation might help.
Have you contacted any of the news media with this story? The Picayune Times already has an interest in the way the system is played there for the enrichment of the players. Many in the print and TV media love to poke and prod the various parts of our government bodies to see what pops out...
This situation seems ripe to have someone do a little investigative research into the proceedings and put together a story. A little sunshine has never been bad for the proper functioning of any public system. They need couple dozen 1000W spotlights down there from your accounts here.
Scott's testimony and the wonderful way that God is using him to heal those in the cellblock is fabulous. The postings here could almost be used verbatium to describe the events as they have unfolded.
As has been said, there is no such thing as bad publicity and this has all the earmarks of a great story on 60 minutes, 48 Hours or any of the other major news outlets.
Halz is right on the mark - be a wise as serpents (and as harmless as doves, not to forget) when dealing with the world.

God won't allow Scott to be there ONE DAY PAST His perfect Will.
There is still opportunity for people's lives to be touched.
I'm just thankful that God uses us everywhere we are, every Divine opportunity and every situation we are in. That's the urgency of walking in the Spirit... our light is shining in every dark place at any given moment.
Someone is watching us who could greatly bless us.
Thank God for His hand of Protection, Peace, Purpose and Plan on our lives. Praying for you all. You are a treasure and will have a POWERFUL testimony we will never forget.
