We all have retirement savings, bank accounts, and educational savings for our children these all seem necessary in today’s world, but they sit in the storehouse of man. They are all subject to taxes, devalued by inflation, and eaten away by service charges so when we open up the storehouse of man to reap our reward the end product may not fully represent our effort. It can be very hard to get ahead, but we struggle on because we fear the unknown. What if I don’t have enough money? How can I pay for college? Will I have enough to eat? Every one of us at one point has asked at least one of these questions.

When we trust in anything other then God it is bound to be a tougher road! So what would happen if we put as much in God’s storehouse as we do in that of man? The bible says the floodgates would open and we would get so much we could not store all we would receive. So what stops us? God provides everything for the birds in the sky, and we are the Father’s chosen children, surely He would do the same for us. Some may read this and say I am just talking about giving God money, sorry to disappoint that not true. I am aware that a church does need finances to survive, but more then that God wants your time, and your love. Pass your worries of monet and such to the Father and allow Him to fill the storehouse of Heaven and dish out what we need. Get the true benefit of working with God. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
