| This is a short blog and a personal one. A long chain of events took place in the past several weeks that have led to an opportunity to share my testimony and my ministry strategy with someone from the governor's office here in Minnesota. My testimony is one of the transformational power of the gospel to change behavior that the world says is impossible. On July 23, I will meeting with this man. I have mixed emotions. I am nervous. I am used to sharing my testimony with Christian men. In fact, I'll bet I've shared it with at least 500. But this is different. I am also excited, I told God that my testimony is more about Him than it is about me and that I would share it whenever He gave me an opportunity. I do not know what, if anything will come out of this meeting, but I desire a prayer covering as I address a critical political issue with a faith-based solution. |
