16:18 Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall.

That simple part of the verse can never be so true and yes it so can be so true and well it is...  As a friend of mine Jeff D found out...  He was very prideful and I told him one day that pride comes before the fall and he dared me to prove it and I did with this verse!!!

We as God's children are not here to be prideful but humble doing our Father's work without needing acculades or praise to puff out our chests. You are right Pridefulness is destructive. Welcome to Our Church! God Bless Reverend Shirley
