Hey everyone in "MyChurch" land, There is a wonderful new internet music site called Noise Trade

It is an organization and website founded by Derek Webb who many of you will know. For those of you who don't know that name, he is a Christian musician who has been with Caedmon's Call for the past 12 years. He has also released 4 amazing solo albums. 

He started this music service called Noise Trade which is a Free Trade organization that highlights unknown or upcoming musicians and their albums. Here's the great part. You can sample their music and if you like it, you can downolad the entire album for whatever price you decide to give, or for no cost at all! That's right, Free! The only requirement for the CD to be free is that you refer the artist and cd to three friends by supplying their email address. It's that simple! I have already downoaded 2 of Derek Webb's releases this way through his personal website. Now he has started this service and all the music on there can be attained this way. I downloaded three albums just a little bit ago!

So again, go to the Noise Trade site (you can do so from here by clicking on the name at the top of this page) check out some tunes, pay what you want, or don't pay at all by referring three people! Is that not awesome???!!!!

Plus, you can subscribe to the magazine, "Paste" which is a year long subscription which allows you to also set your price for the subscription! As long as it is $1.00 or more, you get the magazine for a year. If you subscribe, they will send you a sampler cd of a new artist with each issue! I mean, wow, right?! It just get's better and better!
