It seems that many Christians are trying to stay on the fence when people ask them about hell. They either change the subject, or speak in uncertain terms. Why? In this age of "seeker sensitivity" and "positive thinking" the truth about hell gets side stepped, or even worse--defined as an old way of thinking!

Let's get straight to the truth about hell! If there is no hell, there is no heaven and Jesus was a liar! This may be a difficult truth to swallow for some of you, but hell is REAL! Jesus said very clearly that "If your right eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell. And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to go into hell." In other words your physical body is not as important as staying out of hell!

We must honor God by being faithful to the truth of Scripture even when it is extremely unpopular!

Do not be fearful of society, the media, liberal churches, and the majority of humanity! They will not agree to the Biblical realities of truth. You stand strong on the Word of God, no matter what! Why? I will let Jesus answer this..." But I will show you whom you should fear: Fear him who, after the killing of the body, has power to throw you into hell. Yes, I tell you, fear him."

The beginning of wisdom is the fear of the Lord.
