Today we heard that granddaughter 24 is in the hospital in Thailand with pneumonia. They are having to suction her lungs a few times a day. She is only three weeks old. Her parents are serving the Lord and on their way to a new mission field. Satan doesn't like it when God's children are on the move, and marching forward. He has attacked this family since the day they said they would serve the Lord. My daughter Amy-Beth was a missionary in Albania, and war broke out and she was removed in the middle of the night going to many countries before she was safe. Her future husband was in Indonesia, and he started haveing kidney stone troubles. He came back to the states where they married.
They worked in a church until their first field opened and they went with a five week old,Son Avery, born in the states, and moved to India. After the birth of their second child Avonlea in India, the Lord moved them to Indonesia. They have been working there for three years, and he had trouble with kidney stones again. He had part of a kidney removed, and then he found out he had cancer in his other kidney and it had stones. By then they had Annie who was born in Indonesia. He had to return to the states for the removal of the cancerous kidney, and within two months he was on his way back to Indonesia. He had stones a few more times while there, would have to fly to Thailand or Malaysia for surgery. The Lord opened the door in Australia, and he would have a climate that he would not have as many stones because he could get the medicine he required, where he couldn't on the island. Along came baby #4, Amelia. They went to a meeting for the edification and building up of the saints, all in that area, and were growing and the children got sick and passed it on to the baby. Now the baby is very ill, they will not be able to reach their deadline for leaving July 10th, but we can pray for complete healing to this little one, that she will grow her birth-weight back, and that the Lord will heal her of pneumonia. The devil has gone to work to keep this family down, and we can use the power of prayer to raise this family up stronger, heal that baby, and help with the needs of the other three children as well. May God bless you as you pray and hold this family up to God for healing and regeneration of spirit. Praise His Holy Name.
