16:33 I have said this to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."
12:31 Instead, seek his kingdom, and these things shall be yours as well. 12:32 "Fear not, little flock, for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom. No matter what happens in our life Jesus will never leave us. His love remains always. As I listened to my pastor preach yeasterday, the Lord spoke peace into my spirit. He preached about destiny and how often our plans are not God's plans. We all start out as kids dreaming of becoming rich and famous. It is only later when we mature that we realize that our goals don't always match up with God's destined plan for our lives. I wanted to be a psychologist, than a lawyer. Well, none of those things worked out. What I am now, I have always been (thanks for the reminder Pastor Webb): I am a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Jesus chose me in my mother's womb. I was born to be a minister; just as the Levites were born into the priesthood. We waste so much time seeking the world's approval--family, friends, and even foes. All we have to do is seek the kingdom--the gospel--Jesus, and the promise is that "all these things shall be added." I am so glad that I have stopped seeking things! Whew, what a relief! I don't have to keep up with the "Jones's " anymore. I don't have to worry about what I don't have. I can worship Jesus for being my provider for what I do have.
Jesus has overcome the world. What a praise all by itself! There will never be any cirumstance or battle that I will ever face that Jesus has not already overcome. He is my peace in time of storm. He is my joy at the party called abundant life. He is my good in a world that is at times dark, scary, and lonesome. He is my defense, my offense, and my strong tower. I worship him with all of my strength. I dance for him like David danced in spite of the storm, because he holds my future! In him--I live, I breathe. In him is the hope of glory! Oh come let us exalt him together, because he is good little flock, he is good! |

| For I know the plans that I have for you says the Lord plans for good and not for evil to give you a future and a hope. For we are His workmanship created in Christ Jesus for good works in Christ, that God has before ordained that we should walk in them. He knows our end from the beginning and for you my sister/fellow co-laborer/ fellow servant of the the Almighty God your ending will be greater than your beginning. The latter rain will be greater than the former. For I knew you in your mother's womb says the Lord I fashioned you and breathed life into you. You were created for such a time as this. Don't look to the left or to the right but fix your eyes on the author and finisher of your faith Jesus Christ. He will open doors for you that no man can shut. He will give you the desires of your heart. You will have what you have longed for says the Lord for in due season you shall reap if you do not faint. I am working in you and through you. You are on the potter's wheel right now, yes, it is painful, yes it is hard, but I am fashioning you into a mighty vessel fit for the Master's use. You will over come, you will conquer, you will experience victory the fruit of your labor of love and faithfulness will be evident to all. The ones that have persecuted you, called you names for my sake, they will see says the Lord they will see your victory. They will see what I have done in and through you says the Lord. They will bow and glorify my name. Hang in there my child, I am doing my perfect work in you. Let patience have it's perfect work that you may be mature and complete lacking nothing. So that you will lead many souls into glory with you, that you will touch the sick and see them recover, pray for the wounded and see them healed. That you may, take that which is broken and bruised and love it and restore it to health as I would do says the LORD of Hosts. You are my beloved, in whom I am well pleased. I love you, my daughter, I love you my daughter. Let the peace of God fall on you now. In Jesus' name Amen. |

Yes sister, it is so wonderful to walk in our destiny. I really believe that is what he meant when he says, my yoke is easy, my burden is light. They are so when we are obedient because it is exactly what God would have us doing. |
