| | I was told yesterday that if production did not increase that I would have to be let go...the ironic thing is I do everything and then some according to the protocols in which they (State Farm and my boss) set up. One of my co-workers does not and his production seems to be increasing each month. They told him to get with the program too because they have no way of tracking his daily activities.
?????
This makes no sense to me, if he is producing and not following the system and I am following the system and the production has tanked, why would you not want to find out what the other guy is doing that has caused his production to stay above the norm and even increase?
If this door closes, my God has already prepared a place for me to step into....I really believe it is in full time ministry but then I doubt myself about being able to move in that direction. Sometimes I wish the Lord would just come right out and say, "David you are supposed to be doing __________!"
But, there is no time to wallow in self doubt and pity, I have a family that depends on me. Pressing forward despite the situations! Lord I need your direction.

Anyone remember this blog above???? Well, I was notified via voice mail this past Monday July 7th that I was let go, don't bother coming in....your stuff will be sent to you.
What a stunner! I had brought my numbers up, ironically even in the slow months the boss never out produced me overall. In fact July had started really strong 8 auto 4 fire and several strong leads for other business.
Wow! However, I really can't be totally shocked I had been praying as well as others with me that the proper door opens and all the rest close. So, this door is closed.
All I can ask is what would you have me do Lord? Show me. You are my source, my strength, my strong tower. In you I place my trust, my life, my family, my finances. Ultimately it's really not mine anyway they are all yours! The earth is yours and the fullness there of. You are "YHVH".....The I AM!

| You are so right....if the owner of the agent had been doing what he was to be doing (growing an agency) instead of doing what a certain king in the old testament did (stay home instead of going to battle) the financial situation the agency is in would never have happened. God is on our side, who can be against us? NO ONE! |

| Praying for you!!!! My daughter n love has been through this a couple of times. It's discouraging, because you know you're doing what's right....but God has better plans, amen? |

I DID wonder what was going on with this. As someone who went through a bunch of 'job stuff' ove the last year, I can let you know that one way or another the Lord has something BIG planned with this, and to just be still and KNOW He is the Lord! :) God bless! |

| I can remember when we didn't have money to buy our children, hats, boots and gloves for the winter! God provided a way out..we hocked both of our class rings for the money. At the time, it did hurt to depart, with my ring. But is showed me, that I would do any thing for them...It was a lesson for us and we passed. So when you think things get a little rough..remember there is someone worse off then you and I... Praise God! Be praying for you Plums :) God always shows up for the faithful on HIS time! |

| restore: praise the Lord for class rings!!!! Hubby had surgery and we didn't have the money for a house payment, we hocked our class rings, lol |

| Amen....I probably would have already hocked my class ring too if it hadn't been stolen a few years ago. : ) God does not leave His children begging bread!! |
