Spirit-filled Believers must discern the difference between the facts and the TRUTH.  The "facts of life" can be so overwhelming that even Believers struggle with worry and depression.   Health problems, financial hardships, domestic conflicts, job-related stress are all a fact of life. . . . BUT worrying never changes anything.  It's the TRUTH that sets you free! I thank GOD that we have a TRUTH that is far greater than any fact!  GOD'S TRUTH is everlasting, and by HIS Truth, we are set free!!!   I don't believe that we should be in denial and ignore the facts of life, but I choose to believe the TRUTH!   The Fact is that some of our problems seem impossible But TRUTH says:   With GOD all things are possible! It’s a Fact, that some situations cause us to face fear But  TRUTH says:  GOD has not given us the spirit of fear.  He has given us power, love and a sound mind!  The Fact is, we've made bad choices along the way  -- BUT TRUTH says:  There is therefore, now, no condemnation for those who are in CHRIST JESUS! The Fact is, some people hold our past against us -- BUT TRUTH says:  If GOD before you, who can be against you?  ...nothing can separate us from the love of GOD! The Fact is, we sometimes feel alone in our struggles BUT TRUTH says:  "I will never leave you nor forsake you!" I can't speak for anyone else, but I'm grateful that GOD'S TRUTH outweighs every Fact!
