Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. This is what the ancients where commended for. By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God's commend, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible.


Faith- defined by the bible dictionary says, faith means trusting and believing in the trinity(God the Father,God the son,God the Holy Spirit)
Faith is being confident in what is hoped for but not seen.

How much faith is needed?Matt 17:20, Lk 17:6- the size of a mustard seed( which is equal to the point on a ball point pen. This same seed when planted grows to reach 10 feet in height.) So as the mustard seed grows so does your faith in Jesus.

Why do we need faith? Heb 11:6- And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

Why is faith important?Ephesians 2:8-9- We receive our salvation through faith.

Faith without works is dead. Meaning you can pray for God to do something in your life but you have to put that faith into action.You have to get up and do something about the situations in your life, and not just seat back and wait for things to happen.
