Mango Treat: (a recipe God gave me! ) 1 c. either plain yogurt or lowfat milk, 2 t. vanilla extract, 1-2 servings stevia (an herbal sweetner w/no glycemic index), and 1 - 1 1/2 c.frozen mango. Put it all in a blender on a high speed and blend until smooth. If it not frozen enough for you put it in the freezer for 1/2 hour before consuming. It is a yummy, healthy, ice cream-like treat that I love!! |
