It IS encouraging to read this and got me to thinking about my life. Many times people have done mean ornery things to me which were unwarrented and yet I can't see how the good came from it to name it but ...that got me to thinking about the things satan has done to me that God turned about for good and ...that got me to thinking more...(see how my brain works...) and while Joseph saw the end result and understood, some may not see it when here but on the victorious other side of life when Jesus shows us why.

When my second son died in 1979, there was nothing good I could see of it and certainly no man caused his birth defect. Heaven became a bit more precious to me as I had a child there. I had more compassion for moms of stillborns or moms of living children with birth defects. I told my sons when they were still very young that their brother would have been blind, paralyzed and mentally retarded if he had lived. They were never to be heartless with handicapped as many people are. We celebrated his birthday every April 20th and how many years he was with Jesus. I wish I could have had all healthy living sons, but since he didn't survive delivery...I thank God that he has eternal life and some good came from it.

I had a coworker once try to stir up anger against me and it backfired on her and the others put her in her place. It made me appreciate the deposits of friendship I had placed in the others and they knew that she was out of line because they knew our character traits. That is the closest that I see to this, but we do not know what we face ahead and why God places us in a certain place for a reason so glad for the reminder!
