Just felt I need to share this with you my dear brothers & sisters. Last October I had major throat surgrey. If I hadn't had it the doctors told my husband I would have been gone from this life by Christmas. I praise the Lord every day for what he did for me that time in my life. It's when I am weak he is strong!
Well, I am strill recovering and God is working in so many different avenues in my life. Amen
I had a hard time starting to talk again let alone sing. Around Thanksgiving time a friend of mine gave me a cd her church hands out to all. On that cd was a song and man it spoke to me in a mighty way and then the Lord impressed upon me 'Cathy you need to sing this'. Of course I answered back, 'But Lord I can't sing!!!!!'. HA! Never say I can't to the Lord! He then proceeds to say in such a tender voice to me, I will be with you in everything I ask you to do, and give you the strength to do it.' I will never ask you to do something I wouldn't be with you in! WOW, now how do you say no to that!!!!
I said, 'okay I will do it Lord. I am your handmaiden and servant use me as you will. I would like to share these words to the song with you along with the scripture he gave me to say.
The title is IF YOU SAY

If you say wait, we will wait
If you say step out on the water, and they say it can't be done,

I am here to tell you, there's nothing that you face that God isn't right by your side with you. He is there to carry you if need be!

37:5 Commit thy way unto Jehovah; Trust also in him, and he will bring it to pass. I can tell you this..no matter if I sing like I use to, I have a melody in my heart that will ring for eternity
