For those of you who e-mailed me and asked what ancestry he is genetically based, he is SCOT & IRISH! So, you can see my concern. My middle child is a red head for heavens sake.. hahaha.. our other two are blonde hair & blue eyed.

Kathy, according to ancestry I am related to SEVERAL authors. including Chaucer & Whitman. What I find so funny about that is the LOVE I have for books in general. It's like that PBS commercial "some or life's most important things have nothing to do with DNA" and it's by ancestry.

One blood, one race.  We're all related by Adam, and more recently by Noah.  Races are a silly concept.

eric, this is true BUT YOU MUST STILL WEAR SUNSCREEN!

** Side note** When I was 8 and started my "I want to be a Nun" idea. I decided to study race relations. I found the Bible verses and found my Encyclopedia (the jr. high version) and decided that the Bible explains God created us from earth, and so the only reason we are created different colors is because of the color of the earth in the area. For instance Africa has some of the darkest richest farm soil int eh world (I know weird right, since we see so little farming) it is almost black, thus the indigenous people, America and it's red clay + American Indians, Scandinavian countries have snow and white sand beaches, also fjord that are salt crested, thus ultra white. So, for my entire life this is my view on creation. So, as far as I am concerned since we are all brothers and sisters then it really doesn't matter which dirt God used to create us. In order to fully function we MUST use world wide resources. I don't think my Georgia clay is better then African rich, BUT a sweet potato farmer might. I wish more people would hop on board my idea that makes perfect sense, and I tell you there isn't much of an argument when you compare dirt.
