Did I recently mention heat...I tell ya, wow, the thermostat keeps crankin....
In this divorce and detrimental child-custody battle, I have received a hand-full of child support checks since 2004. Receiving the checks are not a good thing for us...it is a way my soon-to-be ex-husband keeps us under his thumb with the Oklahoma state law. In Oklahoma, our child-support law is set up for the financially poor to not loose their children if they can not financially support them for a period of time...it sounds wonderful and is a blessing if you lose your job, get laid off, are disabled, on a fixed income; however, abusers use the law to control their victims. My ex only sends half of the court ordered amount just one week or a few days before the year time limit is up and I can petition to terminate his parental rights. This act is detrimental in our case, he has been diagnosed as a child sexual predator and with voyeurism. While in DHS for 2 yrs, he never completed his court ordered counseling and classes. Due to politics and our judge getting cancer, another judge would not rule on the case...my daughter slipped through the cracks.....He also has had other accounts with a child that seem to be over looked but are reported to DHS.
Today, I received a token on his child-support payment. This also starts his cycle of stalking us as he has 6 different times including contacting two different schools my daughter attended and asking concrete questions about how she gets home from school, what time does she leave the building, which way does she walk home....the office ladies have reported one of these offenses to DHS and the Police, the other school did not want to get involved. He got talked to. Then at a supervised DHS visit, he attempted to kidnapp my daughter. The case worker at the time resigned from the unit stating in court "I can not keep this child safe".
We may potentially be in danger again. Would you cover us in prayer. We can go back to court in the Summer of 2009 and request for his rights to be terminated. Until then we need God's wing to cover us. I am on extra high alert again, for I can never let my guard down...at our military base, it is referred as Code Red...and the same in my family.

since we started writing, your situation is one that should handle very careful. But don't
fear, for God don't give us fear, that is the work of the devil. Let me suggest that you ask
a few of you christian brothers and sisters to help in the transporting of your daughter home
from school, and just give it to God. What the devil has intended for bad, God will work it for
good. My church family and I are praying for you. Go in peace, God is with you.

You and your girl have safety and Angels protecting you. Your attorney's have great wisdom and favor with the judge and the system!!! Nothing is TOO BIG for our God...just ask Ruth & Scott. The following are the scriptures I stood on for the termination of the parental rights for the sociopathic/alcoholic/drug addict/bipolar/sexually abusive/pregnant girlfriend beating/ex-convict in possession of a fire arm bio-dad and the sociopathic/prescription drug addict/abusive/ neglectful bio-mom (who also tried to play the system). The pink italicized words are my emphasis.

I understand what you are facing. Two of my daughters are adopted from a family member (bio-dad). I have a long story about how we had to fight legal battles in three states and at one point leave our home at the police's suggestion in order to protect our girls. We fought the battle for three years and the bio-parents are just a memory now. I understand your plight and I want you to know you are not alone. I am praying for you and what God has done for me He will do for you!! I love you and stand with you!! |

| 3:44 am, and I am praying for you again because the Father loves you sooo much. I am on shift here at detox and everyone is asleep while I get to watch and pray. The annointing is on my life, Jesus is saying to you, I will give you rest, my dear child. You are in His hand and the enemy is defeated. Father please give my sister the burden of Jesus, the light and easy one. I speak protection and peace into my sister's life,her territory is surrounded with warring angels who hold flaming swords and will protect her. In Jesus name, I declare peace and liberty and joy for Your child today, and agree with Your Word that greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world, and my sister's faith will not fail in Jesus' mighty name. So it is that she shall run and not be weary, and she shall do greater things in your name, speak to her Holy Spirit, illumitate her mind with a fresh annointing of Your Truth in Jesus name. |
