Hunting the secret Place...

I don't exactly know what that is but the verse in the 23rd psalm. "he leads me besides still waters" always leads me besides still waters in my minds eyes.  I get manupulated and sworn at a lot at work.Not so much because the guys are mad at me. they are just mad cause they can't get high. 

But this need for the secfret place is something theres been a lot of conviction on lately. 

What is that secret place for you and how do you get there?

When I worked at a huge industrial place in the R&D dept  I had to take lunch in my car with my Bible
prayer praise and peace time!

Secret place isn't a place per se, but more like a mental/emotional state. Hard to describe! Sometimes I find it on the commuter bus to work, sometimes at home when the kids aren't around. Sometimes when they are!

Ditto what Mike said.  My secret place is a determined focus on "Who God Is", which is not dependent on circumstances or moods or prayers being answered the way I want them to be or any of the whims and ways of the world.  

How do I know who He is?  Well, I've got a Book full of His character that is a blessing to read, and a personal life full of the testimony of His faithfulness.
