MyChurch members wanting to get interviewed?

MyChurch has been getting more and more press.  Journalists and reporters are contacting us wanting to interview some folks here.  They want to write stories about how their church is using social networking on MyChurch to connect and engage their community. 

If you or your pastor are willing to be interviewed, please let me know.  It helps MyChurch tremendously every time an article gets written about the growing community here.  This is also a great opportunity for you and your church to get mentioned in both local papers and national publications.  

Hoping to hear from some of you!  Especially if you're in the Boston or Connecticut areas, I can almost guarantee a mention in your local paper :)

Hi Joe! I think it would be really cool to be interviewed! Not for publicity mind you, but I would be able to talk about the teen corner thing I do and advertise about MyChurch and my actual church not to mention I could probably put something in there about how awesome God is! If there is some way that I can arrange that if i'm a good candidate I would be very appreciative. Thanks!

Hi Joe, My wife and I have started a Seniors fellowship in our church. We come together every third Thirsday of each month.

We call ourselves The 50'ies Plus Fellowship, we have a speaker from different places that comes with a presentation to our group and talks to us about things that would benefit our interest.

Everybody brings a dish of food and we fellowship over dinner also. We consider this a time to honor our seniors in the church and the community.

We have a monthly mailout that we try to send to the community, and you can see it below.

I will be speaking to you in our meeting on May 17th. about Diabetees at 5:30 PM. We know that you would not want to miss this time of fellowship, so please come and be a part of your community.

We are looking for people that have some tilent, that would like to share a message in song with us, or talk to our seniors about anything that may be of interest to them.

We haven't been here very long, but our church leadership is present and accounted for and has been very excited about what MyChurch is and will be for us as we head into serious transition. We know there are lots of churches out there going through change, and we would love to share as MyChurch helps us navigate the journey.
