| Being A Good Steward with my Time and Money! |

| Hey my Brothers and Sisters in this wonderful family at Mychurch! Just a quick note to let everyone know what has happened and how God is still in control. I received an offer to work on a Crew Boat as a Deckhand. It is good money and it is a straight job that not only works you, but also feeds you and houses you. I am here with out my beautiful Bride and have no reason to be on shore anyway. Another Christian Brother got me in contact with the man that hires and he hired me on the phone. I do have to get a physical tomorrow and take a drug test. If all goes well there, which there shouldn't be a problem, I will start Friday. I asked if he could delay it a week and he said that I needed to choose now. I have so many people who gave to my cause and some that are still giving. I need to put my share in as well. I love you guys so very much and I am truly blessed by your kindness in prayer first and your giving is a life saver. But, I can not keep the burden on you guys only. I knew this from the beginning. It has been two weeks now and I just got my ID. Great time to do my part. My mind reeled and I became very sad thinking about Ruth planning to flying in Saturday and now I have to take a job to cover what we need. I called my wonderful wife and we both were shocked. Tears first, then the fact that God has His hands on this gave us peace. God makes sense in everything He does. We don't have to understand it, we just have to accept it. Tonight, I came back to Shawns house and Tanya was playing around on the computer and checked the air fare to fly Ruth here in the morning and her leaving on Friday. It was unbelievably cheap. $283! WOW!!!!! So, they paid for the ticket and I will take care of it in a few weeks. These guys here have been so wonderful. I could not have had a better pastor and his family during a time like this. Ruth will fly out in two weeks when I pull back in. To sum it all up, I will spend the day tomorrow and tomorrow night with the gift God gave me, Bubbles! She has been through so much and is the strength that keeps me going. I love her with all of my heart. She blesses me with her every word and action. I never have to wonder where I stand with her. I always know that she loves and supports me. I am a blessed man. I truly am! She is the breath that I survive on and the heart that keeps me alive in love. She is truly the dream girl I prayed so long ago for. I now have her. She is mine! Thank you all so much for your prayers. My wife and I are so very happy to be blessed by such wonderful people out here on this site. We both love all of you so very much! Your Brother In Christ! Scott |
