| The True LIGHT |

1:9 The true light that enlightens every man was coming into the world. There is something in you that can be inspired -- something that can be moved, touched, challenged, motivated, fired-up. What is it? What is that part of you that is capable of experiencing awe?
What is it that you felt when you first beheld the ocean, a snow covered mountain, the birth of your child, the Grand Canyon, a breathtakingly clear star-filled sky? What stirred you when you heard a powerful, passionate, morally-upstanding speaker? Something deep down inside us says that there is something more to life, something awesome, something greater than a hum drum existence! But what?
That stirring flash of insight, that glimpse of a greater reality than physical existence-- what is it? "That was the true Light which lights every man that comes into the world."
Oh, heed your Light. Follow. Cultivate that part of you that is sensitive to inspiration. Take the time to be still -- to stop, look, and listen to the inner light of revelation, to the still small voice within -- to stand in awe, wonder, and admiration! Wow! Sometimes it makes me want to tremble, tremble, tremble. |

I challenge everyone to find out what it is...and then let your light shine before men that they may see your good works and glory our Father which is in Heaven ;o) |

AWESOME!!! That is what inspires me to paint...to sing...to write...- to ponder the things of God, Jesus, Heaven, Love and the things that really count! Like the giggle of a baby when you tickle him/her just at the fatty part under the chin, or why the eye will twinkle when one smiles just so.... * ponder, ponder*
GREAT POST :0) |

Thanks for stirring up the gifts! I pray that all of our light which is in Christ Jesus destroy all darkness in our own hearts so that we can keep being that true light for this world. In Jesus Mighty Name! Amen. |

| No amount of darkness can survive in a world filled with light. But the smallest spark of light can be seen for millions of miles (like the stars) in total darkness and shine bright and beautiful. As Christians we are those beautiful sparks of light shining in and overcoming a world filled with darkness. Eric |

Amen. God wants us to take heed and listen to His Word. Sometime we talk so much we can't hear what He's saying. So listen up everyone. He's trying to tell you something.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
