40:28 Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard? The everlasting God, Jehovah, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary; there is no searching of his understanding. 40:29 He giveth power to the faint; and to him that hath no might he increaseth strength. 40:30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: 40:31 but they that wait for Jehovah shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; they shall walk, and not faint.
Masters of Business Administration is the highest level of a Business Degree one can hold. For many, this is a dream. Through careful planning and a step-by-step process this dream can be achieved. Late nights, early mornings, portfolios over Starbucks! LOL!!! Remember college? How exciting and exhausting at the same time. Keeping focused on the goal at hand while trying to live life was the 1pm tenative goal, for it could change moment-by-moment.
Life is that way too, moment-by-moment it could change...a car wreck, a diagnosis of an illness, your spouse doesn't come home for the night, someone makes a decision about your life and their actions over rule the truth..like a judge....
Being in our word daily prepares the path. Some of us make the sacrifice and get up and have our quiet time first thing in the morning. Some of us are not morning people and prefere to spend time with the Lord later in the day. The main thing is how are you planning your time with Him? You won't have to go in and see the university academic counselor; however, reaching our goal of a daily Bible study usually takes some planning. Do you have a set time to be with the Lord...if not, does your plan of action impliment a successful worship, reading, listening time and prayer? If not, consider the plan needed to make it to the top or the business world and start working toward reaching the top of your game with Christ.

| LOL........I need to send this to my son......he gets his masters in business, suma cum laude, in December and I'll tell you this, had he not been daily in the Word and striving to live for God, it would not have happened. Why? He started college, civil engineering, major change then to biology. Then married with automatic family, next child he was activated in the military (did his studies online) changed major to business, home again, marital problems, separation, back together, resume studies, while working and being daddy and husband, got Batchelor's, started Master's, activated again and gone 15 months, home again, back to studies and family, another child on the way........but GOD has been first and it shows. In all of this there has also been 7 job changes to get to where he is.........and I've been blessed to be called for prayer in everything he does. |

Reminds me of something Billy Sunday said in years gone by. If a man was as weak physically as most are spiritually, "he could not walk". We must study to show ourselves approved working folks that need not be ashamed. To grow in the knowledge of the Lord. 3:15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 3:16 All scripture [is] given by inspiration of God, and [is] profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 3:17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. |

Wow, love that Billy Sunday message. I myself do not have any degree, married out of high school. Child born on my first wedding anniversary and then another and another before age twenty three. Husband wouldn't work, welfare, then abuse, divorce and remarriage and widowed after sixteen years where it was put aside because husband two said he was not working for me to get an education and raise my kids as he got his the right way. After he died, I married again, but soon grandchildren came. I work hard and make a decent living at a law firm on good work ethic not a degree. All that to say that for someone who let life carry them and didn't get the paper, I have been schooled in the Holy Ghost for 33 years. I have failed many classes, did just "ok" in others and pretty good in others. I am now going to put the regrets of a college degree behind me and reach for the prize of honoring Jesus with my life and understanding of what he wants for me with what is left. I am fifty one and no idea how long that will be or what is ahead but I plan to sit in the front row and take notes. Great message, thank you for your obedience in sharing. juanita |
