Amen guy!

10:23 O Jehovah, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps.

Parachute!

What's happening? Wow...I almost didn't recognize the new name! Dare I ask how you came up with that?

The Irony is that my "spiritual face" is best early in the morning when my physical face is probably at its worst.  Glad I don't have a mirror around but the spiritual mirror is doing wonders for my journey here in Uganda as a spiritual networker and Kingdom Citizen.

Hope to connect thru MyChurch with a heaping bunch of youse guyz!

Michael:  I just can't get enough of that!  How wonderful!  What does the Psalmist say:  "Such thoughts are too wonderful for me (to comprehend)"

Whatever we are will be revealed, even though we have limited vision now. This is a very encouraging blog, Michael!!!

It reminds me of I Cor. 13:12

13:12 For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall understand fully, even as I have been fully understood.

Thanks for the great comments everyone!

Actually.....I am pretty glad that I have never seen my face! I have one of those distorted mirrors that makes everything appear better looking than it really is!

Thank God that the Word reflects His perfect image, eh?

Just a thought:

The human face is supposed to be one of the most difficult things for an artist to depict. Maybe that has something to do with the fact that we're made in God's image spiritually, and it's reflected in our face. God can't really be depicted in His entirety; He has too many facets.

Thats an interesting thought Jen:

It reminded me of the following two verses:

As a face is reflected in water, so the heart reflects the real person.

And:

3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

Very interesting verses. I like them.

Wow. So much real life in the Bible I never knew of when I was a kid.
