You Love The SINNER, The Person..........You have a responsibility to build up with Love & to restore a Sinner & Heal them (to convert them) conversion, transforming them where need be.
(if possible).
                                                        (2)
But You also have responsibility to Speak out agaist SIN, if they are unwilling to make certain
turn arounds & are willfully transgressing the law, Jesus did not come to remove the Law.

For example.....at Your work You know a person that is stealing alot.
First - You can confront this person & warn them that you will notify the Employer & then
this person might loose their job.
Then Secondly -  you have a responsibility to tell the Employer as next step.

That is why we have Police so as to enforce better behavior not to kill, steal, rape, etc.
People that sin will face that kind of Law.

This is ARRESTED BEHAVIOR =

Whoops did not finish hit the wrong button      hahaha

AR-REST means to seize & stop put to rest......So a person can put to end Be-ing a theif.
Or You or a Police Officer can put to end a theif if caught.

& we as Christians are the salt & light the real enforcer's of the rewards that come by good works, & warn of the punishment of sin. We are to Broad-cast our nets to catch men.

Loving your neighbor as yourself is like raising your own children ...certain diciplines put
into practice pay off.
Reward & Punishment......Christians are the Personal Trainers. But some People Train &
others hate to train.
We are the Conditioners,......Plan, execute & review the results of people that You personally
have improved their condition for the better.

The easiest way for me is to ask God to let me see and understand why this person is how they are. What kind of hurt have they suffered that causes them to be hateful or hurtful or sinful? It will help you to have compassion even when compassion isn't deserved. I was hurt very badly as a child and young teen, but all I could see was the chain of pain that was passed down through the generations and I was bound and determined that where ever I could be an agent of change-breaking those sin patterns, I would.  It's something that you'll need to constantly be in prayer about. Pray that God would shield you from the hurt and then that he would use you to help that person heal. Also, let others pray for you as you go through this for God's glory! People love you and would love to support you in this very worthwhile task! :)
