Cindy Lou: You mean you don't look like Linda Carter? Too Bad!! LOL...Without Him we can do nothing but with Him we can do all things through Christ! Hallelujah!
Lara: Now go out there and fight fight fight! Win win win! Go fight win! LOL The song is Nicole Mullen's "When I call on Jesus" I am sure you heard it before. Great song, blesses me every time I hear it!
Its so hard for some people to believe God. Even the children of Israel when they came out of Egypt saw God's wonders yet they all perished because of unbelief. Too many problems in the world right now result from the unbelief of people that call themselves the children of God.
Jay: You are so right! Why is that? Each time is a new crisis and a new opportunity. I used to think those Israelites were messed up! They had the red sea experience, all the Miracles, the fire at night, the cloud in the day, the manna etc..but yet still didn't trust God when it came time to take the land. However, God spoke to me about that...He said, to me how are you any different from them? You still don't trust me and look at all I've done for you!" Wow what a revelation!
This was indeed a pep talk Brother Todd for our Faith Walk...and I like what you said....His testimony and His very Name is Faithful and True....I hold on to that my friend...His very Name is Faithful and True...He's Faithful and True. Thank you for encouraging our hearts ;o)
Cindy: I am not going to roll on the floor unless the Holy Ghost rolls me! :) Yeah it's gotta be the eyes!
Jacob: NOTHING!!
Marjay: Yes my sister, Who is like our God? For His faithfulness is to all generations. In HIm there is no variation or shadow of turning. My God (smile) Your God (is Faithful and True) Thank you for encouraging me in the Lord. God bless you!
Well, my belief grows stronger every day, every minute longer that I spend with Him in prayer and in solitude. The more I know Him, the more I trust Him. :-)
ps...I didn't listen to the song, in order to empathize w/Lara :-)
Mike: You took all my sunshine to San Diego. I am glad you are back. A week without Mike is like a week without the sun. But yes, Amen! The longer I serve Him the sweeter He grows.
Thank you for missing me, minister Todd! :-) I certainly missed you, and a few others too! It is good to be home. Now, how the HECK am I ever gonna get caught up on all these BLOGS! lol
GO Jolly: Me too! God bless you in every way! Mike: Just like you eat an elephant! One bite at a time! Coreena: You are sooooooo welcome! Chin up! God is with you and for you and in you! Who can be against you?
DEEDEE: I am so glad you were built up! Jesus can move the mountains in your life!
Lauren: Hey, Did you know I live in LA (Lower Alabama) too? I work in Mobile. I am glad you liked it!
Lara: Hmmm are you totally isolated from the outside world? Are you in prison? LOL..just kidding. I know living in a rural area has it's challenges. I will have to find a way for you to hear the song. Maybe burn you a CD and send some music to you.
Great blog, great song! Thanks! I'm holding on to this in anticipation of God working a miracle for me and hubby on Friday! It's overwhelming to me, but God is bigger than our situation! Carol
