We are all familiar with the bad taste--and smell--that is usually associated with water bottles. This is due to the fact that bacteria can grow in the bottles if they are left sitting around with water inside them. In order to kill that bacteria and get rid of the bad smell and taste, simply do the following: after each ride, pour the water remaining in your bottle onto a plant, unscrew the cap, and place both cap and bottle in the freezer overnight.
