That's a great picture of you smiling at the computer screen, frocer.  If you could get the big guy behind you to smile too, that would be nice.

Keep on smiling, Cinderelly  Don't let that wicked step-mother get you down!\

There are smiles all around

Even the frown turned upside down.

If you can't find one at this time

Let me know you can have one of mine

Hi st sims. I smile alot. It seems to come pretty naturally. But not while I'm staring at a computer screen. Then I probably wear my explorative demeanor, the 'questioning look' lines forming at my eyebrow level. Once I find the humor portion though, a laugh comes. And, I guess that incorporates the smile. I didn't feel better pasting on the smile for a test. It felt silly. Or like a muscle exercise.   I think the laugh that came with your last few words, that might have relaxed my tired body a wee bit. (although I'm not grouchy tired, just pleasantly pooped.)
Well, thats all probably more than you care to know! What can I say. I read, I ponder, and I speak what I ponder, sometimes.

I smile because I have the love of Jesus Christ. If I am down I take it to Jesus and I come out smiling allways all I need to do is pray

The act of smiling, even when you don't feel like it, even if you force it, releases brain chemicals that will make you feel happy.  Denise, at first it feels silly, but it really works.  Sometimes when I am struggling with negativity, I will force a smile for minutes at a time.  It always makes me feel better.

I have heard you; behold, I will pray unto the LORD your God according to your words; and it shall come to pass, that whatsoever thing the LORD shall answer you, I will declare it unto you; I will keep nothing back from you.Jeremiah 42:4
