Luther - Martin Luther - a great servant of the Lord.

Greetings  in the Lord.  I highly recommend Luther.  I watched the movie three times and I feel like I have powder puff religion compared to Luther.  We certainly don't know what it is to suffer for the Gospel.  The movie is beautifully done and it not only depicts his fight against a religious system but also the devil.  Luther's humanity and humility go hand-in-hand.  We are so blessed to live in a country where we can worship God freely.  God Bless America.

Hi Sherry,

I agree, it's a great film. Very accurate to the historical events, even the sad parts of the story when the Protestant Reformation turned violent at times. 

I love the scene when he translates the Bible into German, and gives it to the prince, and the prince's hand is shaking, he is so excited to get God's Word in his own language.

I love that movie too!  God had His hand on Him that is for sure!  He paid the price for all of us!  Awesome movie and story!
