This verse was given to me, a long time ago. It has become my life's verse. Within my life there has been many times when I have wanted to give up. I have been through many storms, temptations and trials. This verse would echo through my mind. I would be comforted, I would be more clear minded, and I would be brought into rememberance of the fact that God is our very present help in time of trouble. I was assured that the Lord of the Universe was my God, and my strength.

   Does this mean that I have a special inside track? No! Does this mean that I have done anything to warrant the Lord of the Universe to consider me and help me? No!  It is only by his grace of sending his beloved son to make the blood sacrifice to me that I can recieve the title of "Daughter of the Living God.", be upheld by his right hand of righteouness.. If you have accepted the blood bought sacrifice you too can be assured that God will help you strengthen you and uphold you with the right hand of His righteousness. He gives this as a free gift to whosoever will come to Him and let Jesus become Lord of their lives. And that dear ones is the greatest comfort of all, that we are forgiven our sins through the sacrifce of Jesus, that we are given all that is necessary to follow Him once we turn our lives and our wills over to God.
