This should apply for all of us.
it doesnt matter whats on the outside its the inside in wich is fired up for jesus that counts.
jesus didnt worry about wearing gold jewlry, or having the finest clothes, the only thing he worried about was what was on the inside of himself and the ones he was around.
Thats why i love our church, we can dress how we want to. we dont HAVE to dress up, we can wear jeans and a t-shirt. iam just glad that sonlight and people in it get what this verse means. just because we wear jeans and a t-shirt doesnt mean were atheist or we dont love god. even tho, if you go to some churches, not dressed up, everyone looks at you like you are an outcast.

3:3 Let not yours be the outward adorning with braiding of hair, decoration of gold, and wearing of fine clothing, 3:4 but let it be the hidden person of the heart with the imperishable jewel of a gentle and quiet spirit, which in God's sight is very precious.

haha thank you! i try my best. im humbled that you see so much in me.
but, it has been a HUGE struggle scince august or so to stay on that path. ive just been walking on the edge of it, but its getting better. i already see you as a great person and deffinatly a good friend =].

my comment to this blog; even thoough we dont have to dress up, i still like to dress up every now and then =] and iam not trying to discourage anyone from dressing up at !! i love it sometimesss =]

I Think we should all get dressed up to the max and suprise pastor Herschel.I'm talking ties on the guys and dresses on the gals.I think it would be a hoot to see his face.But I guess that's wishful thinking. Any thoughts out there?
