| Take this Whole World but give me Jesus...... |

| There's a scripture that reads, What will a man give in exchange for his soul? People are literally selling their souls for pleasure, 15 minutes of fame, to be accepted by the world. People are selling out too cheap, the devil's purchasing souls of men and women at a bargain basement prices. What would you give in exchange for your soul? I like the little song we use to sing a lot, Take this whole world but give me Jesus, Take this whole world, but give me Jesus, No turning round, no turning round. The Lord before me, the world behind me. The Lord before me, the world behind me. No turning round, no turning round. The just of this is, I've got nothing in this world to go back to. Give me Jesus means there's nothing more important, than Jesus being the Lord of my life. He's more important than the best job, you'll ever have. He's more important than the best mate you'll ever marry. He's got to number 1, Jesus will not occupy any other position in your life. Take this whole world and all it's silver and gold, but give me Jesus. Apostle Paul said, I count all things as dung, that I might know him and the power of his resurrection. Give Me Jesus. |
