I had the honor of being a part of the baptism service at church on Sunday. I actually was able to give my testimony on a cardboard along with about 25 others. To see how God has touched and changed so many lives (in one setting) was uplifting and wrenching at the same time. The process in choosing which testimony to share was a little challenging. God has answered so many prayers and blessed me so much over the years......let alone the big one....salvation! God impressed upon me to share His recent working in me...... renovating my phsical body and more importantly my mind set about His temple.....His dwelling place. For my testimony I used the word renovating, and I'm sure God gave me that word because He knew I would look it up to double check the spelling (He knows me well). As I checked out the spelling, I looked at the definition....."to return to original form". Wow!!! That is exactly what He is doing in me!! I find it more than amazing that He can make us, mold us, and can also return us to the "original form" that He intended us to be. Amazing! |
