For 7 years I have been dreaming about my wedding ring crumbling. Therefore, fear often times crept into my heart. My marriage has been in the fire many times and I constantly thought of those dreams.
Now I am at a different place. Even though my marriage may go through the fire, and my wedding ring may crumble, I am still married to Jesus. I am the bride of Christ and that matters most. I have the Holy Ghost on my left finger. No man can love me like God. God repeatedly have send my elderly neighbor to bring my family fruits and veggies from her garden. This lady doesn't speak much English but she comes by to bless my family. This is God's love for me.
My husband and I are getting along. He is now reading his Word and such and I am happy. God has answered my prayers but that still doesn't move me. The answer to my prayer that is more valuable is this...I feel the love of God. I no longer feel rejected. God has led me to mychurch.org and I am fellowshipping with other believers.
Today I live to serve. Today I strive to teach my children about God. Today I humble myself. I don't care how I look physically. Yes, that's one of the most popular compliments I receive when I go out, but I don't live for that. My spirit man is the real me. If my spirit isn't respected, I feel hated. One day I will die but my spirit will live forever.
I used to want a better house. Now, I am glad for the house I have. A new house won't make me happy. I was just too success driven. Today I am Christ driven.
1:21 For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. ***If anyone wants to catch on fire for God (revival), go on a total fast for 3 days. You won't come out of it the same. |

| I agree with you Diadem. When you shift the focus from yourself to God things start to change. Be careful with suggesting a fast for people though. It can go 2 ways. I've seen churches split in half when the church went on a fast. Not everyone is at the same level of spirituality and not everyone has fully repented. It's best to allow the holy ghost to bring conviction to someone to the point that they can receive going on a fast for whatever purpose he may have! Shalom |

| Satan will attack your marriage and the stronger in Christ you become, the more of a threat you are to him and his plan to destroy people,marriages,family's nations ect. So from experience I will say this keep your eyes on God at all times, pray for your husband without ceasing, build up and encourage him in Christ as often as possible! Cause if satan can't get get through you He will relentlessy hammer your husband! Here' s a little nugget of wisdom when you find it difficult to do these things ask God to see him the way He see's him! That makes it impossible not to do those things! |

Oh and here is a promise to hold on to "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7).
I love this promise cause when we resist him and don't buy his lies he has to flee eventually! |

JOB WENT THROUGH THE FIRE AND CAME OUT VICTORIOUS AS YOU KNOW . I HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE , BUT I HAVE REALIZED IT IS GOD ALL ALONG MOLDING ME AND SHAPING ME FOR HIS PURPOSE DAILY . "TO MUCH IS GIVEN , MUCH IS REQUIRED" THE TRIALS HAVE MADE ME WISER AND SO MUCH BETTER . I SPOKE TO A YOUNG LADY TODAY , I TOLD HER THAT I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKETH WITHOUT GOD .
