| MAY WE AS A CHURCH BE EQUIPPED FOR EVERY "GOD" WORK |

This verse challenges me in many ways ... I think my tendency is to jump on an opportunity ...maybe ahead of Scripture or God's still small voice ... to jump ahead of praying ... to bypass Godly direction to fulfill my personal, human desires ... good desires .. to do good works. BUT, this verse reminds me that who I am starts with God. So ... am I digging into the Word enough ... am I following what God says? ... If I do that and keep Him and His will a priority ... then, everything else should fall into place accordingly. I want to be in line with His direction in my life! Thank the Lord that He provides us with His Word ... His instruction book!
3:16 All scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, 3:17 that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work. |
