what is the first thing you want to hear God say to you when you stand before Him in heaven?
then right down why?
then think about if your life, is it leading up to that point? what you can do to hear those words?
for me, i hope to hear God say, i am sooo proud of you my daughter and look at me with that look that parents look at their children with when they graduate, or give their first speech, or peepee in the potty for the first time. and He will give me the purest, most sincere hug to welcome me.
why? because i guess if God were to tell me that, then it would mean for me, that i wasn't selfish with His time he allowed me and that i made good use of it. that, to me, would mean that i did some things right and followed directions. something that in the "old" days i never did or cared to. that i got the "big" picture of my existance and did not settle for just living.
looking at my life: i think i am living in a way that God would say that to me... though i sometimes don't make good use of my stay here on earth, i think with everyday i get better and better. my life for the most part is dedicated to serving Him and sharing with others what i have so they can have the same, salvation. and i can't wait to stand before Him and see what happens, who know maybe he'll say something totally different.. but whatever it is i know it will be great.
