your brother is your enemy

yanno I was just thinking about this, your enemy is your brother (or sister ) as well

**ahem**not that I have any enemies ***ahem**

but you know what I am saying

I think this is a real stumbling block for some people

to truly forgive someone you have to wish them well, and thats hard to do at times, especially as a newly saved person, first starting out I could give you every reason in the universe why so and so dodnt deserve my forgiveness, my TRUE forgiveness...

but now I think could God give you every reason not to forgive my flaws if He chose to

But He doesnt

Its all under the blood of Jesus
Praise the Lord!





4:21 And this commandment we have from him, that he who loves God should love his brother also.

Reminds me of the parable of the unmerciful servant (Matt 18:21-35). 

 v. 32-33 "Then the master called the servant in. 'You wicked servant,' he said, 'I canceled all that debt of yours because you begged me to. Shouldn't you have had mercy on your fellow servant just as I had on you?'

A lack of understanding of the depth of God's forgiveness of US will lead to an unforgiving heart towards others.
