| In their Eyes |

I see the need in their eyes. I wonder if God could some how find a way to use me to meet their needs. They walk in the door one by one. They reach out in the only way they know how. Some with anger, some with frustration, others with laughter, one sits quietly to himself. They all seem so small so helpless. With eagerness in their eyes they look to me. Fear surrounds me. I know on my own I can meet their needs. I reach for the only help I know. And somehow, He reaches down through me. By His hand their needs are met. And He used me. I know. I see it in their eyes.
1:8 Without having seen him you love him; though you do not now see him you believe in him and rejoice with unutterable and exalted joy. 1:9 As the outcome of your faith you obtain the salvation of your souls. |
