"A dishonest person confuses his lies with reality."

Thank God I learned this lesson early in life -- unfortunately, the hard way.

"If you can’t trust yourself to be honest, how can you trust anybody else? And how can they trust you?"

How very sad when we try to deceive God, and yet He loves us anyway!

Thanks for posting this.

Brother Steve,
It's like the old saying, cheaters never win and winners never cheat. Maybe some of the liberal politicians can learn something about honesty. Throw in a few lawyers into the mix that need to know something about honesty. Excellent thought.......

I will never forget the day it was revealed to me Satan is the father of lies... and through being born again, I/we have the power to renounce satan and rebuke the spirit of lies... through the spirit of truth who sets us free.   I agree with destiny I too pray for the spirit of truth to reign in us.

I honestly love your blogs man. Spoke about hypocricy today brother. We must be honest with ourselves if we expect our youth and babes in Christ to do the same.

Amen, and may I add, dishonesty is a avenue used by satan and a path to things not of God, such as:  deception, witchcraft, etc.
