today i was thinking as i read this verse, how blessed i am. I had surgery last week, unable to do anything, but the people in my church was so good to come and bring food each day for my family. We prosper in more ways than money. He prospers us with friends, food, and whatever we need at that time. If you continue to serve God, and walk with the counsel of the Godly people He will meet every need you have. I love to meditate on the goodness of God. As Crabb Revival sings He Amazes Me. God is good.
1:1 Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; 1:2 but his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day and night. 1:3 He is like a tree planted by streams of water, that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers. |
