Yes but don't forget why: it's in the preceding verses ending in Romans 11:36.
11:33 O the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways! 11:34 "For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been his counselor?" 11:35 "Or who has given a gift to him that he might be repaid?" 11:36 For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory for ever. Amen. As someone told me: "Many want to server God...but only as advisers." We don't need to give Him a detailed set of instructions for Him to accomplish things for us like He doesn't know what to do or what we need, nor do we have anything to give Him that He didn't first give us.
Because our existence is from Him, and He is the one who formed us in our Mother's womb, and we exist for Him, and not He for us...it is our "reasonable" service of worship to offer our bodies to Him as a living sacrifice; we have to renew our minds by setting them on the things above. God is in us both to will and to do His good pleasure; our faith is to be in those facts and in Him, not in our ability or inability; but in His ability!
