Fruit of the Spirit
"22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. 24Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires. 25Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. 26Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other (Galations 5: 22-26).
If you are eating the fruit of the Spirit, the seed of the Spirit will begin to take root in your belly, and you will produce love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. What are you producing? Which fruit is coming out of you?
Let's define all the elements of this Fruit.
Love: caring, affectionate, compassionate joy: pleasure, satisfaction, rejoicing, happiness, strength (joy of the Lord is our strength) Peace: contentment, free from strife Patience: enduring with calmness, understanding, tolerant, persevering Kindness: helpful, caring Goodness: well-behaved, above average Faithfulness: never giving up Gentleness: kind, caring, not harsh Self-control: being master over your emotions, thoughts, actions, etc.
If you are not eating this Fruit everyday, you will feed your sinful nature instead.
