Many Christians feel we are in a state of despair. Our financial institutions are under attack...Fannie Mae, a lending house to our FICA insured banks are making changes. Many CEO's from financial entities are requiring a bonus before they step down. Our government was supporting these bonus requests in this bill. Our Dow Jones is down 550 points right now and dropping.
Also, our political situation has been tossed up in the air like an Oklahoma tornado. The two candidates have managed to stir-up enough dust to even part the best of Christians as they seek to discuss the guidelines of the parties, may we act and trust the Holy Spirit to lead each of us.
Groceries, gasoline, health-care...when does it end? Is this the end-times? Do we need to watch for the coming of the anti-christ and the 666 trademark of the beast in order to supply families with basic needs.
I know this morning God kept the blanket of the earth in tack. The clouds still hovered providing enough shade from the sun-light so i would not burn up...an variance to any degree and we would certainly be toast. The fact is...the birds were still singing this morning.....God watches over the sparrow....we are in God's hands, we ARE just fine, AND I DO NOT SAY THAT LIGHTLY.....

Many Christians yearn for the end times, expecting to be "taken up" with our Savior when they arrive. I'm excited, Cher. God is eternal, and he is good. We will be taken care of! |

| Rest assured...none of what is happening in our world is a shock or surprise to our God....He already knew it was going to happen and He is still on the throne and still in control. Our God is an awesome God and He cares for His own. If worse comes to worse....we go to be with Jesus and all I can say is Rev.22:20 "come Lord Jesus"! Either way....we win and we will be ok. I am so thankful that I have God in life to cling to in this day and age we are living. I simply can not imagine how people out in the world without Him can make it and have any sanity of mind. PEOPLE NEED THE LORD!! |

My sister...we are indeed in the end times..and bible prophecy is unfolding before our very eyes every day....America better wake up and smell the coffee, there are a lot of things coming down the pipe....and the church will be here to the very end..when Jesus returns....That's why the bible says..He that endures to the end, shall be saved....Christ shall return AFTER the tribulation period...and not BEFORE....as it is written even in our Fathers Word ;o) |

| Our GOD is a GOD of ABUNDANCE! He fed Elijah by the hand of a widow woman, and her grain and oil increased in a time of famine. He sent Joseph to Egypt 2nd in command over all the house of the king, and over all the grain.......we ain't gonna starve......He took 5 fish and 2 loaves of bread giving thanks he fed the multitude......and gross darkness shall cover the earth...yet the LIGHT of GOD's Glory shall be upon us......and the wealth of sinners shall be given to the righteous. GOD has a blessing with our name on it.....it shall not delay.....for He who has promised shall come full of glory and He will not be denied. | Is the end near? No doubt it is nearer than yesterday. I am not worried about it. If it is near, Jesus will come and I will be with Him and I won't need to be concerned with life anymore. I am ready whenever He calls us home. |

| I think the coming times will result in more people embracing an apostolic way of life. Perhaps a new order of friars to walk the earth and preach the Good News. The Franciscans and Dominicans came into being in times very similar to our own (massive changes to the economy, weather disasters, wars). Perhaps that is what is needed again. After all, an adage of the Late Medieval Ages was that there were only two things that the rich and corrupt feared: the marching feet of the Beggars of Christ (the Franciscans) and the baying of the Hounds of Heaven (the Dominicans). |

| You know...As all of this goes on and I see things going down...and with the stock market crashing like they did today....I know without a doubt that God's people are about to experience to transference of wealth. The wealth of the wicked is certainly laid up for the righteous...Ummm...that would be me...and I'm ready for mine. I have alot of seed in the ground and I am ready for my harvest. The ones that are really in fear here are the ones that have never experienced living in lack. But God's people are going to benefit from their losses. I believe this is all going on in our economy because America is spoiled. Yes, this generation has no idea how to make a living or provide for their family the way they did at the time of the Great Depression. These days we take alot for granted. The Lord wants us to commune with Him. He does not want us to complain about the world around us. He allows the muck to bring us closer to Him. No matter what may come our way our lives are in His hands. He is the Blessed Controller of all situations. He is our Blessed Provider. He will make a way out of no way. Even if it is time for the mark of the beast. He is coming back for his church. All the saints under ground will rise first and then all his children will be caught up with Him. So no need to worry. He said in Mathew Do not worry about tomorrow for tomorrow has enough worries of it's own. Do not worry about what you will eat, what you will wear or what you will drink....are you not more important than the birds of the air? His plan for US is to prosper; not for evil. Lean not onto our own understanding; but in all our ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct our paths.

| I'm just thankful that my God has not appointed us to wrath, and will pleasantly surprise even the most anti-rapture believers out there. ;) If we go through worse before we see better, that's fine with me, for I know my Jesus is with me always. But I don't think God will let anyone point to Him as a liar for saying He wouldn't appoint us to wrath -- and then letting us go through wrath. Thank God that He is faithful even in the areas where we have no faith! :D |

We are in God's economy, and thank Him not of this world, so we wrestle against the prince of the power of the air, who is defeated, but apparently thinks he can win still somehow. We, now more than ever need to be the Holy Bride He has called us to be, the compassionate hands and feet who show this world by our actions that we love Him by loving each other. You are showing that.
