| What is life all about? |

I have been going through so much emotionally lately. To the point that I lost sight of what life is all about! I am so tired, weary, and discouraged with life my heart is so broken that I'm not sure it will ever be o.k.! So this morning during my study time, I asked God to lead me to what He wanted to show me, quite honestly I didn't even want to read this morning. Anyways He led me to: 6:5 And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. Ouch! I began thinking although I do love Him with my heart, soul and mind without a doubt! The question was is it with ALL my heart, mind and soul? I had to be honest before Him and the answer was NO and I knew it! I had allowed bitterness, fear and anxiety to creep in more and more, leaving less room for God. Through the tears and repentance God spoke this in a still small voice: 23:26 My son, give me thine heart, and let thine eyes observe my ways. I then realized unless my heart is fully given to Him then nothing will be. So I gave Him my heart again not cleaned up, but with all the fear, bitterness, anxiety, pain and heartache and I'm allowing Him to clean it up. When I give Him my heart He is in the center clearing a way to all of my heart! What I was reminded of is that life is all about loving Him first with all my heart, soul, and mind. You see when the storm rages around you and on every side you are being bombarded, and the pain is just too much to take your understanding and theology begin to break down to Him and His love demonstrated at the cross! Nothing further at that point matters! It's the cross and the cross alone, people can take a lot of things away from me but that is something no one can ever take! Only Love is going to see me through all the heartache! It is His love for me and Him giving His All for me that makes me want to give my all for Him, whatever has taken my heart away from Him I have to lay it down! He doesn't want half of my heart or a divided heart they do him no good, He wants it ALL! He's not asking me for anything He didn't give first, He didn't give me half of His heart or a divided heart,He knew that wouldn't do me any good. He gave me His All so I will strive to give Him my all! So bottom line if I give Him my heart I'll give Him my ALL! All my trust, all my love, all my pain, all my heartache, all my understanding of everything is His! 3:5 Trust in Jehovah with all thy heart, And lean not upon thine own understanding: 3:6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, And he will direct thy paths. AMEN!!!!!!! |

Amen, Angela, Amen.... We have so very little to offer compared to what he has given to us... What we can do is give all he has blessed us with back to him..... Life, Love, Heart all belong to him anyway...

sigh... there are days that I have to do that over and over, until I feel His peace. Days that I just feel so sad that only He can lift me up as high as the clouds, so that I can soar. |

| Moments ago I was experiencing the same thing and in a desperate prayer gave Jesus all that I am. Your post is a mirror image of that moment. Thank you! It is always comforting to see God's glory through another soul as well:))) God Bless you! |

Let's just pretend that there was a life before we were born. Like , that we were in a "spiritual" body at one time. Let's pretend that a great uprising happened and a very evil being decided he wanted to take the "Fathers" place. let's pretend that one third followed him, one third fought him, and one third did nothing.
Now, let's pretend God had a choice to either kill all his children. Or make them all in the flesh to give them a chance to show they love him. Then, let's pretend that it's "true." Because, it is!! |
