Can I tell you how incredibly blessed I am to be the Hospitality Coach at Whitley Church? As we prepare for our "Offering Fit for a King" service tomorrow, I have been reminded of just how lucky I am to work with such incredible people who have both a heart for service and a heart for God! With only a few calls, we had people stepping up to ensure that we don't just "get by" but that present everything in excellence!
I simply cannot say enough about the Usher Teams at Whitley! These men (and few women who have joined us) will show up tomorrow morning early, and be among the last to leave. Their attitudes will affect everyone who come in the door, good or bad, but we are blessed with great people who just show forth Jesus' love everytime they serve. I pray God shows them that they are not just door holders, hand shakers, worship bulletin hand-outers and offering collectors , but they are His Workmanship doing HIS MINISTRY!
Tomorrow afternoon as we all return to our homes, having been blessed and refreshed by the awesome service Pastor Ferrell and his incredible team (and don't even get me started on how awesome they are..)have put together, I hope we will also remember the other men and women who serve on the frontlines on Sunday morning showing Jesus' hands and heart to each person that enters Whitley Church! I am bless to work with each of you! |
